These terms apply to the WallHero website and purchases of WallHero digital products from Jagtek Sp. z o.o.
The service
WallHero creates stylised, original character artwork inspired by a photograph supplied by an authorised customer. The result is artistic digital content, not an exact portrait and not a copy of an existing branded character, football club or third-party design.
Permission to upload
You must have the right and authority to upload every photograph you provide. If a photograph shows a child or another person, you are responsible for ensuring that you are authorised to use it for the requested WallHero service.
Digital products
WallHero currently sells digital products only. Depending on the package selected, the customer receives phone wallpaper files, print-ready files, or a bundle. No physical item is shipped by WallHero at this stage.
Prices and payment
Prices shown at checkout are the prices charged for the selected digital product. Payment is completed through our hosted payment provider. Any taxes or currency handling required by law or the payment provider may be reflected in the transaction.
Delivery
After successful payment, WallHero prepares the clean digital files for the approved character and provides a private download path and delivery email. If delivery fails, contact us with the order details so we can investigate.
Acceptable use
Do not use WallHero to impersonate another person, upload material you are not authorised to use, request unlawful or abusive content, or interfere with the service.
Availability
We aim to keep WallHero available and reliable, but generation, payment, email or hosting services can occasionally fail. When this happens, we may retry, provide an alternative delivery path, or issue an appropriate remedy depending on the situation and applicable law.
This page describes WallHero's current customer-facing practices. Statutory rights under applicable law are not limited by these terms.
