WallHero processes photographs and order information to provide personalised digital character artwork. This policy explains the main categories of data we use and why.
Who is responsible for your data?
Jagtek Sp. z o.o., with its registered business address shown below, operates WallHero and is responsible for the customer-facing service.
What we collect
Depending on how you use WallHero, we may process uploaded photographs and optional reference photographs, character choices and personalisation details, email address, order and payment status, generated artwork, technical logs needed to operate the service, and support correspondence.
Why we use it
We use this information to prepare and deliver the WallHero you request, operate secure checkout and digital delivery, provide customer support, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, and meet legal or accounting obligations that apply to the business.
Photographs and image processing
Uploaded photographs are used to provide the requested WallHero experience. Image-processing, hosting, email, payment and infrastructure providers may process data on our behalf where needed to provide the service. We do not publish customer photographs or generated artwork unless the customer separately chooses to share them.
Who creates your character
Your character is created with Google's Gemini API. To do this, your uploaded photos, your character choices and any personal instructions are sent to Google, which generates the artwork and processes this data on our behalf as a service provider under its terms for paid API customers. Google does not publish your photos. Google may keep request data for a limited time to detect abuse and meet legal obligations, as described in its terms. We send Google only what is needed to create your character.
Children's photographs
WallHero is designed for an adult parent, guardian or other authorised person to upload photographs. The uploader must have authority to use the photograph and any additional reference photographs of the person shown.
Retention
WallHero deletes uploaded photographs on a fixed schedule. Your original photo and any reference photos are deleted as soon as your order is paid. Everything from a session that does not become an order, including photos and generated characters, is deleted automatically within 24 hours of your last activity. Paid files, generated characters and your private download link are deleted 90 days after payment. You can delete your photo or files sooner at any time from the creation steps or your private order page. Google, which creates your character, processes the photo on our behalf under its own data-handling terms. Order, payment and accounting records are kept for as long as the law requires.

Security
We use HTTPS for the website, protected previews before payment, controlled access to order files, and hosted payment processing. No online service can promise absolute security, so we also limit access and monitor the service for operational issues.
